In accordance with data protection regulations, we inform you that the personal data provided by you (regarding both yourself and other involved parties) will be processed confidentially by Amparito Roca, acting as the Data Controller, for the following purposes:
- To execute and/or manage contracted products and services and address subsequent related needs, as well as to handle user requests regarding reservations and inclusion in the contact database; the legal basis for this is the execution of the signed contract and/or the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
- To evaluate and offer products or services that may interest the user, as well as to conduct surveys to assess the services received; the legal basis for this is the company’s legitimate interest.
- To comply with regulations governing service delivery and payment system rules; the legal basis for this is compliance with a legal obligation.
- To participate in personnel selection processes for the company and its collaborators; the legal basis for this is compliance with a legal obligation regarding the preliminary selection of personnel and potential subsequent hiring.
The personal data provided may be disclosed to:
- Collaborating companies in the debt collection sector to manage payment collection.
- Collaborating companies to manage contracted services and address subsequent client needs.
- Collaborators involved in managing the company’s human resources.
- Insurance companies to manage contracted services.
- Public authorities to comply with legal obligations.
Data will be deleted ten years after the conclusion of all business relationships with companies in this group, or retained for the period established by law in accordance with the statute of limitations for legal actions arising from the data processing.
Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing personal data is to provide information and to execute the contract and the provision of the requested service, where applicable. In cases where a CV is submitted, the data subject provides consent by sending their personal information and resume for personnel selection processes.
Rights
You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection to automated individual decision-making, objection, portability, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent for commercial communications) by sending a written request to calidad@amparitoroca.es, accompanied by a copy of an official identification document.
You may lodge complaints regarding the processing of your personal data with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
